Why is the AC running but not cooling?

How often should an AC be serviced in Dubai?

Why is water dripping from my indoor unit?

Humidity off the Gulf and construction dust block drain lines faster than you would expect. A blocked drain backs up and overflows from the indoor unit. Cleaning the drain line usually fixes it.
